Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If Sparlix cancels an order due to stock unavailability or any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
